Specification

The HOTPOD can warm a small house, large room (or old VW surf-bus). The heat is controlled by two stainless steel handwheels which vary the amount of oxygen entering the stove. It can boil a kettle on its hotplate, or make a bowl of porridge for those cold mornings before you hit the surf. The HOTPOD comes with its very own HOTROD poker made from retired Volkswagens, a pair
of leather gloves for handling and a sack of
long-burning firewood. HOTROD fire tongs
and brushes are also available, as is a
PODHOPPER which is a coalscuttle made
from a recycled fire extinguisher.
