Tuesdays 9.30-11 am & 7-8.30 pm
Thursday evenings 5.45-6.45 pm (£7 drop in only) & 7 – 8.30 pm
Fridays 9.30 -11 am
Classes cost £10 to drop in or £40 for 5 sessions (to be used within 6 weeks)
Inner Space, Newlyn
Wednesday evenings 7.30 – 8.45 pm

Clarence House, Penzance
Saturday mornings 8.30 – 9.30 am
Summer early morning classes
1 hour early classes every Thursday at 7.30 am and Sunday at 8 a.m. on top of Porthmeor West, Porthmeor Beach, St. Ives
Please bring your own equipment.
